Priority access by entrance ,this ticket provides  full day access to  the Louvre, except for  temporary exhibitions in the Halll Napoleon   (permanet collection ticket) .Our tickets are valid everyday of the year, any  date and time (except Tuesday when the museum is closed,and on  certain holidays).They  are strictly personal ,and  cannot be used by another person,exchanged or reimburse

T he Passage Richelieu, Porte des Lions, and  Galerie  du Carrousel entrances are reserved for  the following visitors:

Ticket holders (advance tickets, passes, or tickets  for Auditorium events).Visitors without advance  tickets or special passes should use the Porte des  Lions, Galerie du Carrousel, and Pyramid  entrances.

The following bus lines stop in front of the Pyramid: 21, 24, 27, 39, 48, 68, 69, 72, 81, 95,  and the Paris Open Tour bus.
Car
An underground parking garage is available for those coming by car. The entrance is located on avenue du Général Lemonnier. It is open daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Batobus
Get off at the Louvre stop, quai François Mitterrand.

From Orly Airport
Take the RER C train, direction Champs de Mars-Tour Eiffel, and get off at Saint-Michel-Notre-Dame.  Walk to the place Saint-Michel and take bus no. 27, direction Saint-Lazare.  Get off at the Louvre, in front of the Pyramid.

From Charles de Gaulle Airport
Take the RER B train, direction Massy-Palaiseau, and change at Châtelet-les-Halles to line 14, direction Saint-Lazare. Get off at Pyramides station and walk to the Louvre from there (3 minutes).Alternatively, take Métro line 1 at Châtelet-les-Halles, and get off at Palais-Royal / Musée du Louvre.

BOOKING POLICY

R eservation by fax and online payment security :

• We are shipping tickets to an address in Paris than the billing address for the credit card being used for the transaction, you MUST fill out our reservation form and our  CHARGE AUTHORIZATION FORM or your order will be cancelled. Simply fill out the form with the ticket you wish to purchase, provide legible copies of your Driver's License and Credit Card, and fax this back to the number on the form. This is done to protect you, the Client, and Paris Webservices Service from potentially fraudulent use of your credit card.

• Delivery of tickets could be as late as the day of the event. If you must pick tickets up at will call, whether at the box office or other designated location, we require a CHARGE AUTHORIZATION FORM with legible copies of your Driver’s License and Credit Card or the order will be cancelled. Again, this is done to protect both of us in fraudulent use. Only one name can be left a will call and that person must be present with a picture I.D. to pick up the tickets.

HOTEL DELIVERY ONLY:

We will deliver your tickets at your hotel in Paris by mail in registered service 5 days a week.We charge 7 eur for the delevery. All of our prices are Tax  included .

All deliveries will require a signature. It is your responsibility to be available to accept the delivery at your hotel . You also agree to provide us with a  Secure delivery address at your hotel and authorize your hotel concierge to accept delivery of the package for you .The Hotel concierge will sigh delivery for you and keep the envelope until your arrival

Delivery Condition                                             

All deliveries are made by our delivery service , deliveries  can be pre scheduled in advance.

MINIMUM 3 DAYS BEFORE  YOUR ARRIVAL .

The orders are from day to day treated( exept particular books): as of reception of the payment by  recorded, contitioned and dispatched into 5 days before your arrival date . ( except weekend and public holidays ) .

If for any reasony our tickets  are returned to us or could not be delivered we

will cancel your reservation . Each ticket booked on-line will be suject to a non-refundable 

transaction fee and  the delivery fee. If your purchase requires a last minutes . Please email or   fax us directly .

For the fast delivery , you must specify it . ( minimum 2 days ) .

The price for the delivery is 15 eu . ( to your hotel only ) .

In this case, we accept payment by credit card.We will send the invoice credit card

authorization agreement .

After your sign ( by fax) ,we process your payment and we will send you a

receipt to confirm the delivery .

All deliveries will require a signature .It's your responsibility too be available t accept the delivery at your hotel or apartment in Paris You also agree to provide us with a secure delivery address at your hotel and authorize your hotel concierge to accept delivery of the package for you.The hotel concierge will sigh delivery for you and keep the envelope until your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Since tickets are a one of a kind item they are not replaceable. There are no refunds, Exchanges or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us.. This is necessary because we have purchased  Tickets from the Museum and we   are unable return them. Please order tickets only after you are certain you want them.
